WSI Community AI Productivity Gateway - Internal Pilot Invitation

Invitation-only internal pilot for governed WSI/CES AI productivity access.

Internal Pilot Scope

Audience: approved WSI/CES members, teams, app maintainers, and program leads.

Purpose: optimize co-working productivity across IT, App, Program, and Community tiers.

Status: Invitation Only / Internal Pilot.

Price draft: US$5/month, NT$150/month, or 50 credits/month.

Gateway Boundary

  • Access requires WSI admin approval.
  • No automatic key issuance — each key issued manually after approval.
  • Access method is WSI LiteLLM virtual key only.
  • OpenAI-only pilot using gpt-4.1-nano.
  • Pilot limits: $3/30d, 6 RPM, 10000 TPM.
  • No raw OpenAI key issued to members.
  • No admin UI exposure.
  • No public sale.
  • Usage and spend tracking apply.
  • Revocation, top-up, and support handled by WSI admin.

Two Pilot Participation Paths

Path A: Human Co-working Path

Interface: ai.timebank.tw

Use the AI interface directly for community-serving tasks. Example deliveries:

  • Community service FAQ or guide
  • Program/project planning draft
  • Meeting summary or action list
  • Multilingual communication draft
  • Knowledge/documentation improvement

Path B: App / API Workflow Path

Interface: ai-gate.timebank.tw/v1/

Connect apps or automation workflows via the API endpoint. Example deliveries:

  • API connection test
  • App workflow prototype
  • n8n workflow design proposal
  • Documentation or integration note
  • Usage/spend/risk observation report

Delivery principle: Every approved pilot should produce one small community-serving output, one tested workflow or draft, and one short learning/risk note.

Data Safety

Your API calls are routed through the WSI-managed LiteLLM gateway. Do not submit personally identifiable information, confidential business data, or protected content in any prompt. Usage and spend are monitored by the WSI admin team under WSI/CES governance.

How to Request Pilot Access

  • No automatic key issuance — all requests require admin review and approval.
  • A virtual API key is issued only after your request is approved by the WSI/CES administrator.
  • This is not a public sale. Pilot access is by invitation and governance review only.
  • Do not submit confidential, client-sensitive, medical, legal, or financial data unless separately approved by WSI/CES administration.
