Open invitation for individuals, families, qualified professionals, organizations, and governance reviewers to register their interest in the MAF ICF Participation Program 2026 on maf.timebank.tw.
About the MAF Program
The MAF ICF Participation Program is a strength-based community participation framework within the WSI/CES Community Cloud. It supports structured participation tracking for individuals, families, qualified professionals, and organizations — aligned with the International Classification of Functioning (ICF).
Participation is staged and governed. No matching or community exchange is available at this stage. All participation requests are reviewed by the WSI/CES MAF governance team before any role is assigned.
Governance Boundary
- Source of truth: km-base — human-readable governance notes.
- AI role: decision support under human governance only.
- Human approval required before any role assignment or account provisioning.
- No automatic account creation or default passwords.
- No Keycloak, MCP, Qdrant, or AI access provisioning without explicit governance approval.
- Matching and exchange features are not available until Gate 3 governance authorization is issued separately.
Available Roles
We invite expressions of interest from individuals and communities in the following roles:
An individual participating in the MAF program on their own behalf to build and share a community strength profile.
A family member or legal guardian participating on behalf of a named individual under a supported consent model.
A credentialed professional contributing to MAF participation, subject to credential review and coordinator approval.
A community organization or institution engaging with the MAF program under an organizational account structure.
Review MAF governance evidence and program documentation for compliance and community alignment.
Review MAF data boundary controls and privacy governance posture.
Review MAF technical architecture, access controls, and system boundary integrity.
Broad community review of MAF program design, participation processes, and community outcomes.
Participation Boundary
- Registering interest does not create an account or grant system access.
- No Keycloak account, API key, MCP access, Qdrant access, or AI access will be automatically provisioned.
- All participation requests are reviewed by the WSI/CES MAF governance team.
- Role assignment and account creation are scheduled and confirmed by the WSI/CES administrator.
- Matching and exchange features remain locked pending separate governance authorization (Gate 3).
- Do not submit personal, confidential, medical, legal, or financial data in the interest form.
